Art Harbor Gallery Closing Announcement: June 27, 2026
Art Harbor Gallery, a destination for original art and creative community connection in Georgetown, will be closing its doors June 27th. We want to extend our sincere gratitude to the artists, collectors, neighbors, and visitors who have supported our mission and shared in our journey, which may continue soon in a new as-yet undetermined location.

For nearly seven years, Art Harbor Gallery has been proud to showcase regional artists, present exhibitions, art classes, and offer a welcoming space for art lovers and the community. We have been honored to play a role in bringing creative energy to Georgetown and in supporting the work of local and emerging artists. Likewise, the support of our community and collaborators has meant everything to us. We encourage the community to continue supporting local artists, arts organizations, and cultural and arts education throughout the region.

Additional details regarding our re-open date and location will be shared as available. For inquiries, please contact Deb Smith or Alan Sherlock at [email protected] or at 843-608-9269.

This was beautiful, and the woman running the shop at the time was so polite and spoke a lot about the artwork! I loved this experience.

Knowing Art Harbor Gallery owners, Deb and Alan have been one of the most rewarding experiences while shopping on Front Street. The vibe, the support, the in the know, the inclusiveness, the beautiful art, the shared vision are all great things I’ve experienced since knowing Deb and Alan.

I really enjoyed talking with Mr & Mrs Mclaughlin he’s an Andrew’s high alumni Go Yellow Jackets. The owner and everyone there were so nice and inviting. If you’re in Georgetown SC go on front street and visit the gallery its awesome,I will be going back.
What a beautiful space and so much lovely art. The Art Harbor is a consignment gallery and it is chock full of interesting paintings and pieces. Much of it nautical based but there were portraits and still life and landscapes and some simply lovely artworks.

Friendly folks who were happy to have a conversation with this out-of-towner who didn’t manage to buy anything – most of it rather spendy for my budget – but was sincerely looking.
